The Blastoise Illus Error should most definitely be put on the list, currently has one of the lowest pops in Base Set. Highest currently graded Illus. Error in the world is a PSA 9 with a pop 1. Heard someone has a PSA 10 , but hasn’t made it public yet , figure he will once its returned from PSA with the new label. But once it’s labeled, it would be a Pop 1 PSA 10, which is pretty insane for cards this old
